CUKJLS transcends national boundaries to build a global network of legal researchers. The journal publishes original research across a broad spectrum of legal domains, prioritizing submissions in American English (subject to Editorial Board consensus).

???? Editorial Exclusions and Policy Guardrails
To maintain strict ethical and legal integrity, CUKJLS enforces an absolute bar on the following content categories, heavily vetted by our Board of Editors, Expert Committee, and Board of Advisors:
  • Sub Judice Matters: Content commenting on cases pending in any court, or any matter that could potentially trigger Contempt of Court under Indian Jurisprudence.
  • Unjustified Political Opinions: Articles designed to influence voter behavior, incite rebellion, or oppose established governments, unless strictly justified by the Advisory Boards.
  • Discriminatory Content: Materials exhibiting prejudice based on race, gender, or social classifications, unless backed by credible empirical sources under exceptional contexts.
  • Immoral/Offensive Material: Submissions contradicting established customs, ethical standards, or cultural norms.
